SUPPORT COORDINATION
To use NDIS in the best possible manner, participants need to understand it really well. As their support team, we will guide them and their families and carers through the technicalities, facilities, and limitations of the NDIS.
COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION
We will assist participants get the supports they want more efficiently, helping them access services within their community. These services may include joining a drama class, shopping, volunteering, learning a mobile app
TRANSPORT ASSISTANCE
We will help participants get access to public means of transport and coach them to use the facilities properly. For special needs, we will get necessary supports through the funds we gather.
IN-HOME SUPPORT
We will assist participants in bringing their life at home in order by assisting them with routine tasks, such as basic chores, meal preparation, completing homework, self-care, and yard maintenance.
SKILLS FOR LIFE
We will arrange sessions to improve basic life skills for the participants so they become independent. These skills may include cooking a meal, travel training, socialising, and time management.
GROUP ACTIVITIES
We will arrange activities to make participants feel inclusive and entertain them as part of their experience of rehabilitation. We will also arrange outings like sports events, music concerts, visiting a pub for the sake of fun.
